The Compass is a lean 3-page tool that clarifies both
Identity and Vision.

Identity is the soul of the organization: what it believes, why it exists and what it values

It includes Beliefs, Mission, Theory of Impact, Values, Vitals and Tenets.

Vision is the big strategic objectives for the next 3-5 years.

These goals are measurable but also allow for flexibility to adjust and plan in more detail in the near term.
