Leader will examine how psychological safety impacts team effectiveness and learn behaviors that build stronger connection, openness, and productive vulnerability.
By the end of the intensive, leaders will:
Understand the connection between psychological safety and team performance
Identify behaviors that strengthen or weaken psychological safety
Diagnose barriers to safety within their own leadership team
Practice skills that increase openness, participation, and candor
Create team commitments that strengthen psychological safety moving forward
